Mike Woessner, president and CEO, founded Investment Realty, Inc. in 1984. Mr. Woessner received a bachelors of science degree in civil engineering in 1976 at UMR and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Missouri. He received his real estate license in 1978, his Broker's license in 1980, and is a leader in the commercial and development market. With a staff of over 35 people, Investment Realty, Inc. serves the entire spectrum of the Real Estate market, including residential sales, commercial sales, farm and land, industrial and property management services of the residential and commercial markets in Rolla. Mr. Woessner knows firsthand the problems owners face today in managing their own properties. He has managed the full range of investment properties including single-family homes, small and large apartment complexes, condominiums, retirement communities, offices, commercial buildings and shopping centers. He is active in the South Central Board of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Mike is married and has two children and is an active member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.
