  • Mike Woessner introduced us to rental real estate and are so thankful he did! We have been involved with Mike and Investment Realty for over 25 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and readily shares it to help us make good investments. His Property Management Company has been great to work with. Each person that I have dealt with has a "can do" attitude that I so appreciate. I would highly recommend Mike for any real estate needs. I often say that Mike has his finger on the pulse of Rolla and we are grateful that he is always working to attract new business to our community that he cares so much about.

  • We knew that managing the process of purchasing a lot on which to build our retirement home outside St. Louis from our present home (300 miles away) might be, well impossible, or at least very difficult with only weekends to explore. From a referral, we asked Mike if he would be willing to work with us and although his real estate office is located in Rolla, MO, (100 miles outside St. Louis) he immediately agreed! Mike quickly engaged real estate agents in the St. Louis area to assist and even joined us and the agents to tour prospective opportunities. Surprisingly, in the interim, he also began exploring sites on his own which lead to discovering our dream lot in Wildwood within just a few weeks.

    The day we decided to purchase the lot, Mike lost no time in reaching out to the developer on our behalf. Within a few weeks he had negotiated the terms of the purchase and managed our interests through a successful closing. During each step in the process he kept us informed to ensure we were at ease.

    Given his keen "customer service" acumen and decades of proven real estate performance, it is without any hesitation we confidently recommend Mike to meet your real estate needs and to exceed your expectations!

  • My experience with Investment Realty was a positive one! After the initial contact with Mike Woessner, the property was evaluated and listed immediately. A brochure for marketing the property was created, a copy forwarded to the real estate world quickly, which helped to generate interest from the very start ! This was not a large listing in acreage or dollars, but Mike Woessner and his staff gave it the same priority as more valuable listings. In addition, all transactions were handled electronically saving valuable time for both the seller and the buyer. Communication on the sale and the closing was done in a most professional manner. Thank you, Investment Realty !

  • Purchasing a house through Investment was hassle free and went smoothly. We had a good relationship with our agent - Mike Woessner, president of company - who was attentive to what we were looking for in Rolla. We didn't feel pressured at any time to take something we were not satisfied with owning. Received a very generous thank you gift for purchasing through them. Would highly recommend them in regards to real estate purchases.
